You own the accounts and your data, and you pay the tool licences direct to the provider, never through me. What I cannot do is promise a number of hours before I have seen how you work. That is what the Health Check is for, and if AI will not save you much, I will tell you.

Who you are dealing with
I'm Ben.
My background is IT: Microsoft 365, user accounts and access, device management and the security side of keeping company information where it belongs. I have rolled out AI software inside a UK business from end to end, and I explain all of it in plain English.
That IT half is the part most AI consultants skip, and it is the part that decides whether your client data stays safe. So it is where I start.
I am building my first AI case studies now, which is why the launch prices are what they are. In return I ask for an honest review and permission to publish the numbers, good or bad.
Is our client data safe?
That is the right first question. The accounts are set up in your business name, and access is set so only the people who should see something can. On the business tiers your work is not used to train the model, and I will show you where that setting lives and confirm it in writing for whichever tool we pick. We also agree what never goes near AI at all, and that goes in your written guide.
What does it cost in total?
£195 for the Health Check, which comes off the setup. From £1,495 for setup and training, or £2,250 for eleven to thirty staff. Support is £195 a month and optional. On top of that you pay the tool's own licence direct to the provider, and I will tell you that cost before you commit to anything.
How much of our time does it take?
A couple of hours for the Health Check, a few short check ins during setup, and ninety minutes of training for the team. Under a month start to finish, fitted round your week rather than the other way round.
